We help with hassle-free returns. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations and refund

Please take some time to read the detailed style description and size instructions accompanying each product. We are happy to clarify your queries, if any, about specific measurements/sizes etc. if you email us before you decide to make your purchase.

Refund
Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Conditional Return 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for any damaged/defective product with your order by mail or text

2. Ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ottwovendreams@gmail.com or call us at +918897477553 within 3 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at  ottwovendreams@gmail.com 

Shipping

  •  The minimum order delivery time for any product is upto 10 working days
  •  Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit / full refund.
  • We use reliable courier services for deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Delhivery etc.
  • We will send you an email with your shipping and delivery details. We shall send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so that you can track your order and be available to receive it.
  • At times, orders can get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 15 working days of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
